1) Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the early access waitlist.
2) Pledge Requirement: Early access and associated perks are contingent upon making a pledge to the VirtuVibeZ Kickstarter campaign. No early access will be granted without a confirmed pledge.
3) Valid Contact Information: Participants must provide valid contact information, including a working email address, to receive updates and invitations.
4) Limited Slots: Early access slots are limited to 10’000 and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
5) Non-Transferable: Early access and perks are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered participant.
6) Changes and Updates: VirtuVibeZ reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
7) Privacy: Personal information collected for the waitlist will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8) No Guarantee: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access or perks. These are subject to VirtuVibeZ confirmed launch on Kickstarter, the participant’s pledge and availability.
9) Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
